Rates
Boarding charges start the day or evening that you drop off, just like a hotel for dogs. The boarding rate is per day not per 24 hour period.
Currently we only accept cash, credit/debit, and checks to be paid in full at the time of pick-up.
All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 fee.

+$15.00 per Holiday
Holiday Rates:
All Holiday bookings must have a non-refundable deposit of $60.00 to confirm their kennel for that day.
All Holiday cancellations must be done within 7 days before you were supposed to drop off to avoid charges.

Other Fees:
All NON-Holiday cancellations must be done within 48 hours before you were supposed to drop off to avoid charges.
A $15 fee will be charged for any drop off or pick up outside the designated hours. We try to establish a routine for all guests so arriving on time is very important.
If you book a reservation and are unable to keep due to not meeting vaccination requirements you will still be charged.
Extra Info
Add a Walk
Want your dog to go on a walk or nature hike? We are happy to make sure your fur children get additional exercise. Let us know if you would like to add a walk for only $10 each per dog. You can choose how many walks they should receive during their stay!
Add an Exit Bath
Enjoy going home and relaxing after vacation snuggled up with your freshly bathed best friend. Exit bathes are available and include brush out, bath, and blow dry.
Up to 20 pounds = $20
20 to 50 pounds = $30
Over 50 pounds = $40
De-shedding bath = +$15
Please let us know when you check in if you would like to schedule walks and a bath.
Reservations
Reservations can be made months, weeks or days ahead of time. Please call during office hours to make reservations, you may text or e-mail anytime. No refunds for early check-outs.
Check-In & Check-Out
Out of respect for our guests we ask that you adhere to our firm check-in/out times policy, in an effort to maintain a quiet, stress- free environment.
Monday - Saturday: 8:00-8:30AM OR 5:00-5:30PM.
Sunday: 5:00-5:00PM
When scheduling your pet's vacation dates, please keep these times in mind when setting up his/her appointed check-in and check-out dates and times.
If you ever need to change dates and/or times from your scheduled contract that was set up at the time of reservation due to travel delays, we ask that you call and notify us.
