Boarding
At The Dog Barn, we will strive to make sure your furry companion is comfortable and happy during their stay... After all this is their vacation too!
Boarding Experience
A small bedroom, 4'x6' in size, awaits each of our guests and consists of a Kuranda bed cot and feed/water dishes.
Relaxing music is played during the night and a night-light is always on! All lodging kennels are indoor, climate controlled, heated and air conditioned.
We encourage you to bring their own blankies, toys, chewies and other things from home to make them feel more comfortable.
Each guest enjoys individual outside play-time/pottie-time at least every 4 hours. Your pet can be entertained with a game of ball throw or tug of war.
Meals
Meals are served according to your pet's needs and schedule. We feed your pet their own food brought from home according to their regular feeding routine.
Feeding directions are given to us on the Kennel Card at check-in.
Please provide only food and treats your pet is use to eating to avoid any upset tummies. All dry food MUST be in Ziploc bags with each meal measured and labeled with your pet's name. We have refrigeration for those foods requiring it and a microwave to heat any specialty foods. You may bring your pet's favorite treats too! Please put these treats in zip-lock baggies marked with your pet's name. We like to give them treats when coming back in from playtime and going into their room. Please bring only enough for your pets' stay. Chewies, bones, greenies etc can be served too (please only bring if your pet it use to having it at home and may have it unsupervised in their suite).
We provide Milk-Bone treats free of charge, please make sure to let us know during check-in if your dog is not to receive Milk-Bone treats.
